To officially enter the sweepstakes drawing, you must complete the form below then click send.  You will receive a free, no obligation cost analysis comparing your current monthly food spend with Value First's supplier contracts.  For this detailed cost comparison, you will need to provide your Value First representative with your most recent full calendar month of food purchase history in excel format that includes the following data before Friday, October 18th:

  • Manufacturer item number
  • Current manufacturer name
  • Complete product description
  • Quantity purchased of Designated Unit of Measure
  • Price paid for each item on 1st day of the most recent full month
  • Designated purchase unit of measure (bx, cs, ea, etc)
